   公司从2007年通过TS16949质量管理体系,于2017年10月1日起执行IATF16949:2016标准，建立了完整独立的质量管理体系。配置有专业的品管人员，设置了进货检验、过程检验、成品检验、出货检验等质量控制岗位。从原材料、半成品、成品各个阶段层层把关，利用投影仪、闪测仪、品检机等设备对产品尺寸、外观质量等严格控制。公司定期进行内部审核，保证质量体系的有效运行.客户投诉由专职品质工程人员跟进处理，在第一时间回复客户，并提出解决措施，从供应商管理到成品出货每个环节做到严格管控。  

Quality Assurance Capabilities

   The company has maintained a quality management system since passing TS16949 certification in 2007 and has implemented the IATF16949:2016 standard since October 1, 2017, establishing a complete and independent quality management system. We have a team of professional quality control personnel and set up key quality control positions including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and shipment inspection. Strict quality checks are conducted at every stage from raw materials and semi-finished products to finished products, with advanced equipment such as projectors, flash measuring instruments, and quality inspection machines used to rigorously control product dimensions, appearance, and other critical parameters. Regular internal audits are performed to ensure the effective operation of the quality system. Customer complaints are followed up and handled by dedicated quality engineers, who provide timely responses and propose targeted solutions. Stringent control measures are implemented throughout every link, from supplier management to finished product shipment.
